Have you ever had the desire to make a huge shift in your life?
Are you  thinking about making a shift even though things are going really well?
Can you relate to diving into a new venture and leaving your old life behind?

In today’s podcast I sit down with Amy Green.

Amy Green, M.Ed. is the creator and author of the previously wildly popular gluten-free and refined sugar-free food blog, Simply Sugar and Gluten Free, now AmyGreen.me

Companies such as Hershey’s, Peanut Butter & Co, Attune Foods have been a part of Amy’s business.

She’s been a guest on Martha Stewart Living Radio, Good Morning Texas, Fox 4 News Dallas, Talk 980 Radio USA.

She has  fun and educational cookbook, written at the beginning of the crossover between food blogging and cookbook, Simply Sugar and Gluten Free .

Amy’s been featured in Living Without, Clean Eating Magazine, Reader’s Digest Canada, D Magazine, and The Plano Profile.

Now, she’s traded all that to be co-owner and business partner, with her husband Joe, of Apex Modular Group; a certified woman-owned small business.

In today’s episode we talk about the struggles of work life balance, the joys of being able to create your own schedule and how, as women, we can support and uplift each other in a more positive way.

Amy is changing the way women do business in the world today.  She’s showing up daily in a male dominated field, allowing the feminine to have a presence.

Just as she was a pioneer in the food blogging industry, she’s now a woman pioneering in the world of construction and contracting.
